To the best of my knowledge, the Mac and Windows are very close in features. A few keystroke shortcuts are different. And I believe there is a difference in the handling of emails.

That's fair as far as it goes. It is really like just the Tinderbox Map view, without the other views, such as outline. But the notes area for each of the cards in Scrintal is a superior (in my view) ...
I admire the fact that this is a free upgrade for users of version 2 (Mac app). Old school!
