Another Noteliner Update

As far as I'm concerned, Sam, there's no need for a plug. Noteliner is one of the best outliners available for Windows. You should be charging for it. Thank you for your generousity and the brilliant ...
You can do this with TheBrain. And in OneNote you can not only make links to specific pages of notes, but to individual paragraphs in those notes.
I think you can also do this in Zoot, but am unsure....

Zoot can do this as well, although I confess I haven't tried it in the Zoot XT, so don't know how well it does it. Also, I recall the InfoSelect did this very well, too.
