I bought a lifetime subscription to outlinely for this reason, but I regret it as I think the app will never live up to its potential. Generally I only pay for what I actually use.

I disagree. I see the development as mostly dealing with cosmetic changes and upgrades for system compatibility. Long term bugs and UX issues that I've reported multiple times have never been addresse...

I see outlinely hasn't been updated in 7 months. Pretty lame for an app that asks users to pay a subscription to support development.

I still think Dynalist is the best option for now. Even though the iOS app does not feel as nice as a native app, I find that it is better than outlinely for my needs.
