I see that v.2x is now out in the Mac App Store, and adds Shortcuts support.
Still free, no Pro features/pricing yet.

Looks interesting. The use of their proprietary cloud is a little disappointing but more so is the lack of OPML interchange, which would seem to be a natural here.

It's continuing to improve, but for me it's only became usable this past week when they *finally* added the ability to search within notes.
But UpNote still doesn't offer tabs.
