What's the state of the art? 9/10/2011
Sense looks interesting and I'd buy it except for the fact that the U.S. price is far higher than the British price, even after taking the exchange rate into account: 12 Pounds = $19.15.

Holy grail or holy grails? 9/10/2011
Some thoughts come to mind: If one is never, ever, going to again use the material stored in a particular program, then crimp* away. But, if one is likely to need it sometime in the future, one need...
Document Management Software Question 9/1/2011
Ten to 15 years ago, a colleague investigated what was available at that time and chose PaperPort. I have no idea what is available today.
Has Anyone Used The TextBEAST Clipboard Manager? 8/26/2011

Question: What software is absolutely essential to you 8/1/2011
For outline/organizing/productivity my choice would be myBase+WebCollect. (Hopefully the upcoming version will have Boolean search.)
Cyborganize launched - the ultimate outliner productivity system 7/24/2011
1. MaxThink was a viable alterntive in DOS days. Neil Larson apparently had a difficult time converting it to Windows (or at least to Win 2000 and later). If I recall correctly, he also did not fol...
