I ran it through virustotal and the none of the 40 virus scanners report any problem with the exe file. so maybe there is some assurance in that.

Downloaded, unzipped. Tried to run digi-libris-reader.exe twice, nothing happens! Some files get created, but it doesn't show up in my process list. No splash screen or window ever appears.
