Dear all,
Given the atypical situations witnessed in recent years, and the "predictable unpredictability" of things to come, may I simply wish that 2022 bring you the best of all possible outcomes and help you advance in your efforts to answer the ultimate question(s) on information management, life, the universe and everything.
Cheers,
Alexander
P.S. I started a brief relevant commentary to follow my wishes; this finally became a LinkedIn post in its own right, so I am referencing it here.

Thank you for the well wishes, Alexander. My 2021 was as bad, if not worse, than 2020, and that is not saying much. I suspect that 2022 will be off to a somewhat rocky start for me, but I am hoping that things will get better as the year progresses. Here's to a better 2022 for all of us!

Bill,
Thank you for all of your good ideas, advice and commentary throughout last year. It was helpful and so refreshing to communicate with someone who understood how things weren't working out, even though it wasn't happening to you.
Your quick, realistic and stable alternatives like Outlook, UpNote and Notion were exactly what I needed to turn device/app train wrecks into a workable, stable setup, and I do so much appreciate this.
Wishing you and everyone else here a very Happy New Year in 2022. I'm optimistic.

Thanks, Sarah, that’s very kind. Well, I enjoy offering potentially helpful suggestions! If they end up being genuinely helpful, that’s even better.
Take care and very best of luck in what will no doubt continue to be a tumultuous 2022…
Cheers!
