Transno (outliner/mindmap)
https://transno.com/
https://transno.com/about-pro
is being continually updated but their Twitter feed has been untouched since last summer. I noticed that last May they tweeted out a link for a free year of the Pro-level, and was surprised to see that the offer still stands:
https://transno.com/vip_present/transno10
The Pro account exports OPML (not sure if it's also required to import it) so I think I'm going to play with it soon.

A bit of history.
Mubu was a Chinese outliner app that was bought by ByteDance (famous as the company behind Tiktok) back in 2018. They then relaunched it under the Singapore based Transno, although Mubu still exists in China. Erica of Dynalist uncovered the history here:
https://talk.dynalist.io/t/transno-just-inspired-by-dynalist-or-something-more-than-that/6017/2
Not dissimilar from the bifurcation of Tiktok and Douyin.

Anyone working with Transno? It seems like a fairly capable Workflowy/Dynalist alternative. One of the things Transno has going for it is that it exports to Word format... Dynalist doesn't. Not sure about Workflowy.
Has anyone learned what the Pro subscription will cost? That seems to be a real mystery. I tried upgrading to Pro, but the website seems unresponsive when I do.
Given what you've written above, it may just be too risky to trust this app.

The entire site is unresponsive at present, at least through my VPN; using two different browsers I was unable to login or even create an account. And some images would not load on the main page either.
The App Store page does not list a pro tier or add-on pricing.

The links above load fine, for me.
They just updated the iOS app today.
I've been using Transno' for several months. There's a Telegram user group (Zoe Transno) but lots of weird posts from others. They haven't posted in some time. Nothing since mid February on Facebook.
Sounds like maybe they're overwhelmed with so many accounts to manage? If you email them, they'll probably give you a code.

I figured out my issue. The Privacy Badger extension was blocking the login popup and images. uBlock Origin continues to work, however, and it blocked tracked from googletagmanager and byteoversea, American and Chinese trackers, respectively.

I really like this app, the iOS app seems pretty smooth to use and I like hoisting. The browser interface seems good too so I don't need a Mac app. It would be great if they added a folder pane with expanding/collapsing folder contents in the browser app, and the iPad app as well.
Overall the UI feels modern and progressive, kinda Craft-ish, I just hope it sticks around. There have been regular iOS updates so that's a good sign at least.

Unless there is some replacement for their app, it would be a nice gesture to open source the app and their server code.

Presumably the code is the same as Mubu and that has just been sold to Flomo. In which case, I see little chance of code being open sourced. It's just that the aim of a western customer base hasn't worked out (presumably).

That sounds like the product will live on in some form. It's a shame to create orphaned users, though.
Local apps, local storage for me, and a "cloud" I connect with a usb cable.
Yes, I know. My kids tell me all the time. I'm hopeless.
