For those who've been waiting for it, the beta of DevonThink 2.0 is finally out:

Notable changes: files are now stored in the filesystem (as they should be), revised UI, nice support for multiple databases (I like the universal inbox concept), more. Tagging isn't enabled yet... the UI's there but it does nothing.
Honestly I think it's a little too sophisticated for the average user, especially in comparison to Together, but for researchers it's probably worth the learning curve.
