I am trying to determine which portable applications allow for tagging or multiple categories for items. I know that MyInfo has tags. I am looking at DebriefNotes, but cannot seem to find any tagging feature. Can anybody think of any other portable applications that offer this feature?

A couple of responses:
1. Debrief has a feature they call indexing, which is a form of tagging. You can assign index words to each item and then view items by index words.
2. The program which most relies upon tags (they call them index words, too) is Personal Knowbase, which also has a portable version.

Both suggestions were very helpful, Stephen. As a side note, the Simbust calendar software was interesting, but had a few too many bugs for my taste. Simple, yes, but robust, I think not!

UltraRecall also offers multiple categories and can work from a USB drive.
