I don’t want to dismiss it out of hand, and it’s a couple of years since I tried it. But PageFour and Liquid Story Binder on Windows and Scrivener, Storyist and StoryMill on the Mac - to quote just five outliner/drafter competitors - seem to offer greater functionality for, in most cases, fewer dollars.

I tried it a few years ago, too. Wasn’t overly impressed. It seemed like a lightweight version of IdeaMason, to me… although given the complexity of IM, that might be good. Still, I agree with Hugh’s assessment that there are better choices. To his list I’d add ndxCards.

Or Writer’s Caf? (http://www.writerscafe.co.uk/) which has just had a thorough scrub and brush-up. For fiction only.
