Outliner or Outline Processor?

I’m pretty sure when I released Acta (in 1986) it was called an “outline processor.” Which I think copied ThinkTank’s lead.
These days it looks like the term may have switched, and everyone calls them “outliner.” Except in OPML (Outline Processor Markup Language).
Is this true?

It seems to me the terminology has definitely shifted to “outliner.” If someone used the term “outline processor” these days, I’d think of some kind of XML processor, like Microsoft’s InfoPath, rather than immediately thinking of an outliner. Also, if you Google “outline processor” versus “outliner,” you get more than 10 times as many total results for the latter term.
