The Dynalist iOS app is out of beta and on the app store:

Unfortunately, it really suffers from being a web app. I suppose there are web apps that are coded to be fast and responsive, but this isn’t one of them. It is slow and unresponsive to the point that it is almost impossible to use on my iPhone 6S. This is too bad, because I really have come to like Dynalist as my preferred outliner on the desktop and would willingly pay for a subscription if the iOS app was half-way decent. Hopefully it will improve over time… Or perhaps Outlinely will improve their Desktop app which, to be honest, just needs a little bit of spit and polish to make it as nice to use as Dynalist.

The desktop app, however, seems basically identical to the browser experience, which is a good thing:

Ironically, Dynalist works great through Safari on iOS. Does the iOS app support offline work? That would make it useful.

It seems to support offline work.
Must be me, but navigation and scrolling in the iOS app seems to be difficult. The experience is much better in portrait mode than landscape—on and iPad in landscape the text tends to slide underneath the on-screen keyboard. Maybe it works better with a separate keyboard, which I don’t have.

Both the desktop app and the iOS app support offline work, but in my experience one can work offline in the web browser as well - although I think the difference is that the browser version only caches the currently open outline while the apps sync your entire library?
