Just letting everyone know that Kinook has just posted an update to Ultra Recall. It is now at version 5.3. The product is mature and this is a point update. Don’t expect major changes, but there are useful fixes, added features and enhancements. The list is at http://www.kinook.com/Forum/showthread.php?p=21618#post21618

I can confirm this. UltraRecall is very mature and stable and I use it every day as my personal ticketing system at work.
