Just ran across this:

It’s a concept mapper with a number of additional functions that makes it suitable for argument mapping (like Sciral Consistency), process mapping, diagramming, etc. Worth a look. Some more examples here:

I think you may mean Sciral Flying Logic? Sciral Consistency is a task manager for recurring tasks without fixed due dates and doesn’t have any mapping features.
