Just acquired the Essentials version, which is cheap and pleasant.
Very basic compared to e.g. Outlinely, but then you're only paying 10 dollars/pounds/other currency of your choice, and not a subscription.
And it's got some nice features, as well as more flexibility than initially appears (you can individually change styles, for example, by e.g. switching on/off bold/italics, although you can't change font sizes).
Clever move by OmniGroup. I wonder if they'll do the same thing to e.g. OmniGraffle?

It would be nice if you could switch to "Essentials" mode from the Pro version, for those times you don't need all the bells and whistles. Can't be that hard to implement, since the Essentials and the Pro versions are the same downloaded file. Anyone know if this is a feature? (I can't find it, if it is.)

I've just downloaded version 5.0.1 but I am not able to install it; I double click the dmg file and nothing happens. Any clue?
Thanks, Marcos

I was able to open it using Disk Utility, thanks.

I don't see a switch -- I bought Pro. Of course most of the bits and pieces can be turned off individually -- but there's no obvious global switch. (Early days -- it could be staring me in the face for all I know.)

There was a nice simple switch in the Beta version, but I suspect it isn't there in the final release.
Cheers,
