Idea Mason Email Help Please

Folks, I have a problem.
I am tring to reach Idea Mason email support. When I use either Firefox or Explorer I end up getting about 20 open Explorer windows and finally a note saying I do not have the default email client properly installed. My default is Thunderbird, and it is installed just fine, thank you.
Unfortunately I cannot find an email address on the Idea Mason site, just the link that says email support.
So here I sit with a problem with their program—I cannot assign a project to an idea in the idea dashboard even though I am following the instructions exactly. I want IM to explain to me what, if anything, I am doing wrong or to tell me there is a bug so I will stop trying. But I cannot reach them.
If anyone is able to get the Idea Mason email to work, could you please just copy and paste this email to the Idea Mason folk, and ask them to email me at daly.de.gagne@gmail.com.
Thank you.

Daly,
I forwarded your message to their support.
Hopefully you will hear from them soon.

Kenneth, many thanks for that.
Must admit I get tired of web sites that don’t play nice with Firefox.
In this case IdeaMason’s site didn’t even play nice with Explorer, although I suspect if Express was my default email client there wouldn’t have been a problem.
In any event there is no excuse for not having a real email address on their site.
Kenneth, btw, how do you feel these days about IdeaMason? Have you had that problem of not being able to use the drop down window to assign an idea to a project?
Thanks again.

Haven’t had any problems with that feature.
Also I use Firefox 2 (beta), and when I click the support link, it opened up my Outlook with their support e-mail address w/o any problem.
Did you go into their contact page?
They are coming out with version 3 by the end of the year that I think would make this one of the premier product in this category.
Hope you get your problem fixed soon.

Ken, Outlook isn’t my default program.
The contact page has no email address that I could see—just an email link I click on.
I was hoping to spend time with the program this afternoon—but since I work a lot off of ideas, it seemed to make little sense if I couldn’t assign them to projects.
I realize that there’s a lot more to the program I could have done, but I got kind of put off, especially after their email link opened up 18 or so copies of Explorer on a few occasions.
Anyhow—versopn 3—any idea what will be in it?
