I have tried for the past week. The page says "infoqube is parked free, courtesy of GoDaddy.com"

Hi Jon,
There is an issue with the redirection from infoqube.biz to Google Sites (where it is actually hosted). I'm looking into it.
In the meantime, this is the direct link to the actual site: https://sites.google.com/site/infoqube
HTH !

Google have such a long and sad history of killing products and services, that I would never use them for anything critical - such as web hosting.

This is true, though the www.infoqube.biz site doesn't contain much. The core of the information and documentation is at infoqubeim.com (which is a Drupal site). The reason for the Google Sites is, as with all Google products, its unsurpassed reliability.
In this case, the issue was due to Google killing its Domain registration service and transferring it to GoDaddy. It should have been a smooth transition (albeit at a significant price premium), but both the registered email and phone number were no longer in use.
Kudos to GoDaddy for having excellent customer service (both on the phone and web)
