Ran across this today: https://www.getoutline.com/ Has anyone tried it? I haven't.
It looks good, has a clean UI, and they even said it should be fun. It felt like a good match between notes management, long form writing, project management, and team communication that is way more than I require.
It also has (looking at the guide) a splash of AI. Can't say if it's any good. I do wonder what the organizational schema looks like, and how they got there. The left pane is so tidy.
But I notice the elegance of the outliner. I think the right answer to this CRIMPer might well be a snappy markdown editor on the right, and some left pane outline level manipulation. An automatic outline built by the text, and the ability to promote/demote/move up/down everything structurally on the left would be just about the way my mind wants to work. I also want the option to indent things on the right pane.
Anyhow, I didn't see other mentions of this and wondered who the audience might be. Start-ups? Small teams? I see the attraction of the tool even if it's not my use case.

I've seen this app and even tried it. It really isn't an outliner. It is a document organizer for use in collaboration. I agree it has a nice clean design and may be excellent, but I feel like it has the wrong name for what it is.
