I'm curious if anyone here was one of the few thousand who got invited to the OneNote Live beta today? Any feedback on it? Specifically, how good is the implementation on non-Windows Mobile smartphones?

Hi Chris,
I have a Live account, but did not have access to the preview until I followed a tip I found on another site. I did not have any files in my account, but was told to upload a file. When I did the upload, I was offered access tot he preview. I do not have time today to play with it, but will try over the next few days. I will also try it out on my iPod Touch.

Well, it appears that only Excel and PowerPoint are currently working. Word and OneNote are not yet available.

It's a shame that OneNote development is now so inextricably linked to Office.
If it was developed independently I suspect it would be a category killer.
