I recently chanced upon a web based checklist app called https://columns.app

The conception and design seem very interesting, but no information is available on their website who's behind it, paid options (obviously imperative for sustainability), etc.

Does anyone know anything about this app aside from the extremely minimal information provided on their website?

Columns has been around for at least three years. And it has never had any more information than what is currently on the website. I've been intrigued by it, too, but like you a bit trepidatious about trusting an app with no apparent monetary support. I am a bit hopeful about the app, because they've kept the copyright notice at the bottom of the web page up to date. That's all I know about it.
