Has anybody used Bublup?

I was searching for a web clipper/bookmark program as a possible alternative to Pocket and ran into a program called Bublup - https://www.bublup.com/ . While it has been around for some time, I had never heard of it until this week. It reminds me a bit of Padlet, Walling, and WeTransfer Collect but seems to offer more. Their roll feature seems interesting as well. Paid storage plans are reasonably generous and not terribly pricy. I am thinking of trying their free plan, but was still curious if anyone else has tried them.

Have never heard of it before, either. It's a little hard to tell exactly how it works from the website, but it reminds me of Mymind.

Was not familiar with Mymind, but it looks similar albeit AI-based compared to folder-based. I did open a free account, but have not had too much time to play with it (Bublup) yet. I like the concept for gathering and planning for things like travel or purchases, for example, but UI is really critical to these types of programs. I enjoy Walling on my computer, but it is a mess on their Android app. My wife balked about using it for an upcoming trip, and we have reverted to Trello since she is familar and it has a decent phone app. I was hoping Bublup mgiht also be a candidate for this use, but I need to learn more about how it actually works in my work flow.

Hi, Ken,
So I started a free account with Bublup, and so far I like it. It seems pretty easy to use. I too like Walling, but for the heck of it I copied details for our upcoming vacation into Bublup. It provides the same access to the information, but in what feels to me to be a cleaner, more intuitive interface. I've been using Mymind as an Evernote replacement -- that is a place to quickly store various and sundry information. But I can see Bublup replacing Mymind and Walling. But I'm not going to make a hasty decision. I need to live with it more. But that's for the notice about Bublup.

Thanks for the update, Stephen. I am glad to hear your initial impression is positive as what you describe is what I was hoping for. I do need to try out their extension. The little side bar menu is not something that I am fond of, so I am hoping the extension at the top of the browser window will suffice and that its web clipping capabilities are as good as Walling's.
Just curious, does Mymind offer traditional folders or tagging for data saved, or is it all AI controlled?

Mymind does not have folders. It does have tags, and it has a feature called Spaces, which is basically a saved search, but acts somewhat like a folder. Here's video about Spaces:

Another followup on Mymind. One of the advantages is that you just save anything into Mymind without having to think about it. That's why it works as an Evernote replacement for me. The search is very good, so there is little chance you'll have any trouble finding anything.
But Mymind is pricey (although maybe not so bad these days, since all subscriptions seem to be growing). And it isn't a place for me to do any work, although notes can be put into focus mode and basically become a word processing document with markdown capabilities. I never use it that way.

Very nice article/review, Stephen. One item of note. If you long press on an item, you can then drag it around and create a user sort that overrides the menu-offered sort options. The program still wants to fill a row before starting a new one, unlike Walling, but at least you can move items around a bit. And I agree about the lack of a date/time option as I frequently like to add that information to my notes.

Thanks for the notice about the hold and drag, Ken.
