Just a heads-up for people who are following DT, they've pushed out another beta of version 2. I've spent some time with it and it's completely usable. The interface remains fairly advanced, especially the way they've implemented tagging (which is going to confuse people coming from other applications, but I have to say I kind of like it). Together is still much more accessible for beginners, but DevonThink has the edge on speed, and of course more semantic classification tools.
