It’s interesting to hear how others work. That bit about tools shaping users is true. I think I get my best ideas for how to organize by getting a feel for common practices in tools I may never use.

True. I remember flirting with Moo.do (now Legend) and coming up with some organizational approaches I then applied to Workflowy, which I wound up importing to Dynalist. Right now, Obsidian seems to offer things I don’t actually need, and Dynalist is covering what I do need. But I’m keeping my eye on it.
