Webpage with ability to zoom to different outline levels?

I have a need for the ability to host a webpage with an outline view that has the ability to be one-click zoomed to show all levels of a type at the same timr, sort of like the EccoPro "Show Level" command. In other words, I need the ability to expand or collapse the entire outline to Headline Level One, Headline Level Two, Headline Level Three, etc, for purposes of emphasis.

I host a simple Dokuwiki with folding for my purposes at the moment, but I would like the ability to change the view of the entire outline (rather than one section at a time) as I describe with one click by the reader. And again, I am talking about the ability to host this on a website, not just local as is Ecco Pro itself.

Would anyone be able to suggest how to do this?

Thanks in advance.

And also in case it's not clear I envision the desired goal being software which is essentially an outliner itself, with capability of generating the HTML, not just a one time only hard coded HTML final product.

Sounds like you need one of the TiddlyWiki variants – there are certainly folding versions that would do what you want. Try TiddlyRoam, for example (with its backlinks and graph view, plus collapsible transclusion). There are vast numbers of plugins, too.

Cheers,
Bill

Thank you for the suggestions so far! i have some distant familiarity with Tiddlywiki but I am not on top of the latest variants. I have some experience also with Dynalist but not with Workflowy. I see that Obsidian has a "creases" plugin which might also be of use in this project.

I guess it's just not a standard feature in the online variants to be able to "Zoom to Level 1" or Zoom to Level 2" or "Zoom to Level 3" **for the outline as a whole** such as is available (I think) in Microsoft Word or similar word processors. On most youtube videos I just see people demonstrating their software by folding or unfolding particular sections rather than the entire outline.

I've seen this feature in mind mapping software. I have a 2-year-old version of Mind Manager installed which can export a dynamic HTML5 map with several controls, including Filtering and Expand/Collapse All. It is possible that newer versions provide finer control over this overall Expand/Collapse feature. Branches themselves can of course be individually expanded or collapsed.

Please note that the HTML5 map produced by this process is just that: a mind map rather than an outline.

I believe I remember TheBrain has a pretty spiffy web export feature.

Devonthink's (very pricey) web server is nice. I am treasurer for a non-profit. Every record we've got is in a physical file cabinet as well as in Devonthink. I'm very sensitive to any reduction of trust in our operation, so when a board member has a question I can have them in our files with a few mouse clicks. Devonthink's server edition is too expensive. Being transparent with records is worth a lot to me.
