I apologize for this diversion off-topic and won’t do it again (promise!), but since CRAMP seems to be a common malady here (as some forum members attested), here goes:
A free productivity tool (free for personal use) will tell you exactly how your active time is split among applications, which applications were used the most, and which websites you browsed and for how long, and will happily demonstrate it in graphs -
