Does anyone have a recommendation for a simple text outliner type application for Blackberry. I was a long time palm user and had a very simple hierarchical note application I used for years. I recently switched to a blackberry but have not found an equivalent.

Ideally what I am looking for is something that, in order of importance

1) Lets you organize text/notes in an outline/hierarchical format with a depth of more than 2. It could be less than say 5. It seems like every app I looked at (ideaMatrix, etc) was really limited in the depth of the outline.
2) Basic text search
3) Has some sort of Windows PC client. I don't necessarily need automated sync, but for instance to import a large number of notes I had from my palm. Alternately if it could import/export to the blackberry memo pad.
4) Offline, Non proprietary storage format
