Google Chrome - New feature: Copy link to highlighted text

This is a nice new feature on the current version of the Google Chrome browser (96.0.4664.45):
Select a text on a page and then right-click and choose "Copy link to highlighted text".

Does this create a link that is only usable by Chrome?
