Also similar approach to Zenkit which combines notetaking with knowledge / peoject management in separate but linked applications.

Except MeisterTask is a much more robust, featured, and prettier kanban product. I'm still using Trello's free tier but they keep pruning features for freeloaders so I would not be too disappointed if I needed to switch to MeisterTask.
