Interesting: Joplin and UpNote also have Firefox extensions. I too have installed SingleFile!

The webclipping tool in Trilium is outstanding.
I relied exclusively on MyInfo for years and find it indispensable. But it no longer runs properly in WINE in Linux and the MyInfo webclipping tool cannot match that of Trilium.
At least not now.
Trilium seems oddly under-used, but I have found it very impressive indeed.

There are recent posts in Devonthink’s forums about some pending fixes their web clipping features. Right now, tags added to web clippings don’t get saved. The next minor release has the fix.
Anyway, out of curiosity I looked at the bookmark document type in Devonthink. It’s like a document, except that when you select it a web browser opens the page in Devonthink’s preview area. I had never used that ability.
It’s really nice. I’ve always thought Devonthink looks plain and industrial, but that’s never bothered me. It works so well.
I’ve got a large inventory of shortcuts. I think I’ll start moving them to Devonthink, where I can either surf them in-app, or open them externally.

+1 SingleFile
Just wanted to point out it’s available on Chrome (and Edge) as well: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/singlefile/mpiodijhokgodhhofbcjdecpffjipkle?hl=en
Zotero Beta now uses it to store web pages as well.

There are so many. I think it depends on what you need. Cross platform, Evernote and Firefox’s SingleFile extensions work very well. On the Mac, EagleFiler and Yojimbo are good options.
