Hook 3.0 was recently released and now works with OmniOutliner.

Noticed in the update notes for the newest v.5.10 of OmniOutliner Essentials and OmniOutliner Pro the devs just added support for reading and importing outlines made with Dave Winer's MORE outliner, originally developed in the 1980s. Crazy.
