Daly, I agree that there should be more explicit and upfront explanation of such questions. Unfortunately, many users don’t seem to care nowadays.
According to their privacy policy (link at the bottom of the page), the app is cloud based, the servers are located in the EU and UK “when possible” and they “do not accept liability for unauthorized disclosure.”

There has been a lot of progress with Saga over the last few months. We’ve shipped quite a lot of improvements and updates since the last comment here. Now in Saga we have:
- Collaborative Editing
- Live Blocks (Saga’s version of transclusion)
- Dark Theme
- Opening two pages side by side
- Tables
- Video embeds
- Templates
- Date block
- Page dividers
and more improvements and new types of blocks.

Looks like a really nice app – there doesn’t appear to be an offline desktop/mobile version, however.
