Who are “they”?

Lots of talk on their site about “we”, but no mention of identities.

Also noticed a typo pretty quickly.

Roam/obsidian cut-down knock off.
By anonymous marketing people.

Users’ data ending up with whoever pays.
If it’s free, the user (data) is the product.

Obsidian would be a safer bet, known people, not professional marketers secretly selling off private data to multi buyers as is the norm in the data marketing sector.

That Promotino website does not inspire me.

I’ll stick with local data, The Archive and Devonthink.
