Not sure how many Org-Mode (or just plain text) users are on this forum but I just came across this item and thought I'd post it here. I have a very superficial understanding of Org-Mode so I'm going to dig in and see what's going on. Enjoy!

That is indeed a comprehensive resource. I am going to dig in, just like you! I'm starting to use Orgzly on my phone, and if I can get the hang of Org-mode on my PC then I could do so much more (I think). Thank you for sharing!

That link was floated to the top of Hacker News the other day. Interesting discussion:

Thanks for the post! I read the whole thread. Interesting points all around. Currently I'm running the following on a Mac: MS OneNote 2016, Apple Notes and DEVONthink. I am a digital packrat that likes to clip and save everything I find interesting. My 2020 goal was to have one software package handle all this data. Don't need tasks, email, lists, outline, etc.
After some research I decided to go with DT as my archive depot. I've bee slowly migrating OneNote over to DT but its slow going (I have over 500 gig of data in OneNote). DT is very powerful but there's a learning curve. And there's no migration utility from OneNote.
That's when I started thinking about text files ..... : - )
