In one of those impulsive CRIMPING moments familiar to others on this forum, I decided to look again at Ovation Outliner - one of the few single-pane Windows outliners. After downloading it I found that the evaluation period had expired - doubtless because I had first tried it some years ago.

Despite the lack of development the price seemed low so, I tried to buy it; but the company handling sales was no longer in business. I then wrote to the developer. Disappointingly, he replied: "I'm sorry but the program is no longer available. Although the price is significantly higher, I highly recommend Mindjet's Mind Manager."

So another one bites the dust, following hard on "Pocket Thinker". Time to get to grips with InfoQube/SQLNotes, I think...
