Hi
I own licences for several outliners.
But I miss the actual files in some cases.
For example I use Circus Ponies Notebook 3.0 under Leopard. But it won't work under Tiger.
I'd like to find and centralise the last versions of outliners for each significant version of Macos.
More, Acta, Opal, Omnioutliner this is easy. But Circus Ponies Notebook, Aquaminds Notetaker, Tinderbox and so on, not easy.
Si if you guys can point me to or send me the versions for System 7, 9.2.2 ans 10.4/10.5 for PowerPC, that would be great.
For exemple, Neo and Tao only work with Leopard, I don't find the version for Tiger, etc.
I will consolidate and share everything (not the licences, only the program files, obviously).
Thanks!

In various incarnations Opal was my main outliner for decades - originally called Acta in the 80s, then sold off and renamed Dyno NotePad, then reverting to the original developer. Opal is now a 64-bit app.

It hasn't gained a single new feature this century, as far as I can tell. Still works, and I have the muscle memory for its keyboard commands, but I've moved on.

Your best bet might be archives.org
FWIW, downloads on site snapshots at archives.org frequently work, but not always.
Not to mention the possible intellectual property / stepping on toes business of sharing non-open source software this way.

Well. Most of the time the program files are not included in the archive.org snapshots.
I am part of a family of lawyers and we have quickly reviewed the different licenses and we are quite confident that as long as the serial/key/whatever is not included, there will be no problem.
Opal are Omnioutliner have been gathered.
I am still looking for Tinderbox, Circus Ponies, Notetaker, Tao, etc.
Regards

It's the Universe telling you to update your system. If you're using System 7 and a PowerPC, you've got bigger problems than the lack of an outliner. Like viri and a glacially-slow internet to name just a few of your problems.
Meanwhile, you can buy a used ThinkPad T440P for $100 and it'll be fully capable of running the latest version of MacOS. Google T440P & hackintosh for how to do that. Then you can easily upgrade it -- including cpu, ssd, 8GB of ram & FHD display -- at your leisure and you'll have a fully modern laptop with performance just about equal to the latest macbook pros. All for another $300 or so.
What you're trying to do makes absolutely no sense in 2020.

I guess you know this, but the installers for various versions of MORE are available on outliners.com:

What a great program that was!

Yep, More added to the list.
Thanks!
With quite a few others.
The collection is almost complete.
Thank you all for your contribution.
