Thanks, satis. What I quoted were discounted upgrade costs, obtained by registering as you suggest. The only wrinkle is that the earlier figure also included an educational discount to which I was entitled, which the later figure does not; I’ve yet to discover whether OmniGroup is still offering educational discounts.

I looked on Twitter and apparently Omni didn’t think in its rollout to tell people that the URL of its Edu store moved. It’s now:
https://legacy.store.omnigroup.com/edu
Newly-purchased basic OP licenses are $120, Pro licenses are $240, and upgrades are $60-$120.
