First of all, I enjoy this forum. With few exceptions, exchanges have been civil and informative. That’s a rare thing on the internet.
I have a collection of over 1,000 notes. Kind of like a journal, but not really. I am looking for an iPad app that will let me keep them as separate files or notes, but also let me view them as one long document. Agenda does this, but the scrolling on this many notes is painful. I don’t need all the additional functions of Agenda.
I can kind of do this with Ulysses, but I have to select all the notes. I have tried to like Ulysses since Ulysses II, and there is something about it that just doesn’t work for me.
I am sure Scrivener will do this, but I don’t want to drop $20 on a powerful app for a simple collection of text files. I am note writing a novel.
Is any one aware of an app that lets you view many text files as one long document that doesn’t choke? Adding images is a plus, but not required.

Even with hundreds of notes you just select the first then scroll & Shift-select the last, and they’re all selected and you immediately can view them all as a single note, with a subtle divider delineating the notes. With the latest version of Ulysses you now have Split View too.

Hm, can’t think of anything except Ulysses, off-hand. Lemme reflect on it…
