I’m continuing to see odd text wrapping (or no wrapping behavior) and I’ve just submitted a bug report to the developer. None of the solutions mentioned here help. I start up Mac Journal and it opens on a screen with text wrapping at edge or a right hand margin and within a second or two (without my keyboard or mouse intervention) the text will unwrap! Very strange.

I am glad you submitted a bug report too, Alan. Maybe Dan will take this seriously.

I don’t see this effect in v7 (318) date stamped March 9. (I had to download this from his website since the v7 version I previously had would not recognize that that was an update).
What font are you using?
Are there any hidden preferences set? Several of them affect document editing. You might want to try resetting all hidden preferences.
Hmmmmm…... it’s a concern that Dan doesn’t acknowledge bug reports

Have you defined the right margin for the document (at 6.5” or so)?

Hi, Paul,
I don’t know how to reset hidden preferences. Can you tell me how? Thank you.
