There’s that, and there’s also the distinction between stating an opinion and stating a fact. If opinions were actionable, film reviewers, software reviewers, et. al., would be in hot water all the time. So, you can say “this software sucks!” but not “this software is crippled and won’t run” (if, in fact, it isn’t crippled and does run, and you knew that). I’m pretty sure I know what I’m taking about, unless things have changed since the early 1990s when I got my law degree and passed the bar…
But please don’t discourage Polywick. This really is fun!
