Do you realise this is probably the top forum in the world for your type of product?
Your main potential worldwide customer base is watching you argue with potential customers.
A number of people have mentioned it already that your communication style is turning them off.
The customer is always right, even when they’re wrong. Why?
Because there is no benefit to your organisation or your product from ‘winning’ an argument with a potential customer in public.
You’ll end up losing more customers.
Just let it go, focus on the product, create a positive public image and provide good customer service.
BTW, I’m not having a go at you or anything. This was meant as friendly advice. I wish you good luck with your project.

I think you should quit developing sotware and start with a law office.

This thread is hilarious to me.
This forum is one of the most civil, thoughtful places on the internet… and then there is this thread!
It amazes me that a new poster would not first review the ‘tone’ of a forum, and instead just barge in, shouting, threatening and what-have-you.
It’s quite remarkable.

Here’s something for your reference before you continue making threats here:

To save you the effort of actually reading it - it’s the one about protecting freedom of speech.
