Sounds good. I suppose the one other thing that many existing users are probably looking for in DT 2.0 is the ability to use tags efficiently. DT as it is now could be regarded as an information manager where all the text acts as one big tagging list. User-generated tags can be added, but somewhat clumsily. To judge from the DT forum - as well as the success of rivals like Together and Eaglefiler - tagging as it has come to be deployed by such rivals, together with the appropriate UI, is a big demand. Satisfying this demand would certainly make DT super-flexible and put it back in the position of the market-leader, where I believe it was a couple of years ago.

From the developer’s responses to comments on the DT blog, it looks as if Version 2 will handle tagging in a more sophisticated way (it wouldn’t be difficult!) than the current version.
