Does anyone know the Manuel Lima Visualization books?

The following raised my attention and i might consider buying them.
The Book of Trees: Visualizing Branches of Knowledge

The Book of Circles: Visualizing Spheres of Knowledge

This is the older book which seem to have some overlapping content, but hard to tell from the TOC
