Agendum Presenter:
It is aimed at creating/documenting a meeting while also being able to present it on a larger screen. Seems to operate just fine as a regular outliner as well though.

I'm not the dev... just discovered it in a conversation over at micro.blog[^1] and it seemed relevant to a subset of folks here.
