Remarkably, DropTask was the task manager that I used for the past 6 months or so, but I have fits with its interface. On some machines, the categories and tasks appear as circular venn diagrams, but there is also a kanban type of view as well. What was driving me nuts is figuring out how to use them back and forth. When I was in kanban mode, I couldn’t get back to circle mode.

Yes the menus in DropTask need work. If you are in My Planner view (the Kanban-like view), go to the menu and click the name of the project you want to work on. That will give you access to the Canvas and the other views.

Thanks Paul. I’ll give that a shot. I also have iMindMap 11, and would like to work with both of them in harmony.
