ScanTailor is the state of the art best software to turn scanned pages to beautiful ebooks.

It is free, universal.
I know no better option to turn physical books into modern ebooks.

Even the most expensive tools like Abby Fine reader cannot do what ST can do.

Thanks for sharing this. I didn’t know about this tool. Don’t have a project for it right now, but I’ve experienced this problem in the past and it is good to know!
