Ah; that’s the “glass half empty” reply you’ll NEVER hear from a true CRIMPer. We thrive on extremely outdated data! And often, on extremely outdated data-manipulating apps!

Obviously, you don’t know that for sure, and I don’t think a text post will put us in danger of running out of server space, so yeah, we’ll keep the post.

Talking of InfoRapid KnowledgeBaseBuilder, I’m amused to find that the macOS version is still being developed and is now up to version 6.5!
And a remarkably powerful piece of software it is, too. I’ve been having a play (it costs peanuts), and it’s really rather fun. The full-text search engine is astonishingly powerful, but it’s got a lot of other nice little features that make it a potentially useful repository for references.
Having said that, it’s pretty whacky. Like all such apps, you have to put time in to get the most out of it. But for the price (GBP 8.99), it’s certainly worth a look.

Yes, impressive value-for-your-money.

automatic generation of mindmaps; I havn’t seen anything like this before:
http://www.buildyourmap.com/textanalysis.htm
that is a brilliant idea because you create the mindmaps without repeating already existing text.
