any options instead of evernote? besides onenote

I believe that in RightNote it's possible to search titles of notes only.

You didn't specify which platform, but for Windows, CintaNotes has the ability to search separately in the title and body of notes, as well as in remarks, links, tags and creation/modification dates.

as likely everyone knows finding specific software or software that does specific things is crazy crazy hard

oh and worries about the desktop os
