I have played with it, but quite a long time ago. From memory, and without exploring the latest version of iDatabase, I believe it's much simpler than TapForms, which is semi-relational and includes a rich-text memo field (rich text but searchable, which is why TapForms is really rather powerful, effectively allowing you to create your own apps).

Of course if you're looking for something simpler (e.g. more like Bento), it might meet your needs.
