I guess they have problems with Firefox. A few weeks ago, they had a special discount. When I logged in using Firefox, the discount was not available. I had to use Microsoft Edge - that did work.

There doesn’t seem to be a way of trying it without buying, so I’m wondering, is this actually a browser-based tool?
They only say “Available on Windows, macOS and Linux”, so it’s not entirely clear to me whether this would work in Chrome OS, simply as a browser-based app in Chrome, or is there actually an .exe that needs to be installed (in which case it wouldn’t work on a Chromebook)?

I am very uncomfortable with this level of guesswork.

There are apps for Windows and MacOS plus a browser-based app. By default, the apps store documents in a proprietary cloud solution hosted by the makers of Write.app. But you can easily select local storage or Dropbox or

Yep. Their communications skill leave a lot to be desired…
